The School Report, also known as your counselor recommendation, is a required online recommendation form that your current high school counselor fills out for you. This report helps QuestBridge and our college partners evaluate you relative to other students in your school. The online form includes questions about your academic performance and personal qualities, as well as space to include a letter of recommendation, School Profile, (if available) and any additional information about your high school. Your counselor can also upload your transcript and test score reports. You can also upload these materials yourself through your application.
This form must be completed by your current high school counselor. If they are unable to complete the report, or if such reports are usually completed by someone other than a counselor at your school, it is acceptable for another school official to fill it out instead.
To register your counselor, go to the Academic page of your application, scroll down to the School Report section, and click on "Add School Official." Please note that while you can and should submit your application even if your School Report has not been submitted, you must first register a counselor in the Academics section to do so. If you need to update or change your counselor's information after submission, please reach out to questions@questbridge.org for assistance.
Please note: You must first enter your high school through the "Add Institution" link at the top of the page before entering your current counselor's information. If you delete an institution from your list, please keep in mind that all uploaded transcripts and reports from your counselor will also be removed.
