Once you register your recommender or counselor in the application, please reach out to them to confirm they have received their unique link to the online recommendation form. If they have not received their link, please follow the steps below as soon as possible.
First, make sure that you entered your recommender's or counselor’s email address correctly in your application. To view the information you entered, click on your recommender's name on the Recommendations or Academic (for counselors) page of your application.
If the email address is incorrect, please follow the directions in this article: How can I change my recommender's or counselor's email address? You will be able to send a new link to the correct email address.
If the email address you entered is correct, ask your recommender or counselor to try checking their junk or spam mail folder. If your recommender is still unable to find the notification email, please have them contact us directly at educators@questbridge.org, and we will reply with the link to your recommendation form.
In their email to us, your recommender should include your full name and QuestBridge ID number so that we can locate your application. The email must be sent by your recommender from the email address you entered in your application. We cannot provide applicants with links to their recommendation forms.
You can and should submit your application, even if your recommendations and School Report have not been submitted. All materials submitted on your behalf by the teacher recommendation and School Report deadline will be considered in your application review.
