As part of your student’s College Prep Scholars Program application, we require information for one teacher reference. Teacher references should be filled out by core academic subject teachers, preferably those who taught the student in 10th or 11th grade. If your student has provided your information, this means that QuestBridge, our college partners, or our scholarship partners may reach out to you in the future to provide more insight into their achievements in and outside of the classroom.
If you are selected to provide a reference for the College Prep Scholars Program, QuestBridge will contact you directly about completing a short form with questions about the student's academic performance and personal qualities. Only educators we contact will be asked to provide a reference. You do not need to write a letter of recommendation or take any other action unless later requested.
Please note that being selected or not being selected to submit a reference does not reflect your student's chances of being named a College Prep Scholar.
