If the error above appears for your Household page, it indicates that one or more required fields are blank. Follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

Check the Email field under the indicated parent or guardian.
- If the Email field is blank, enter the appropriate email address, or if no email address is available, type “Unknown.” The text may appear in red, but that is ok.
- If, after going through Steps 1-2, the error is still unresolved, please check all other fields to ensure they have not been left blank. All fields must be filled out with appropriate information to be considered complete.
- If you have completed all steps and the error has not been resolved, email questions@questbridge.org.
