If the error above appears on your Household page, it indicates that one or more required fields are blank. Follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
- Check the “Prefix” field under the indicated parent.
- If it is blank, use the dropdown to select the appropriate prefix for your Parent or Guardian. Go back to the Review & Submit page to see if this has resolved the Error.
- If you have selected a Prefix but the Error is still triggered, check the “Email Address” field for either Parent 1 or Parent 2.
- If this field is blank, enter the appropriate email address, or if no email address is available, type “Unknown”. The text may appear in red, but will complete the field.
- If, after going through Steps 1-4, the error is still unresolved, please check all other fields to ensure they have not been left blank. All fields must be filled out with appropriate information to be considered complete.
