If you are experiencing technical difficulties uploading materials (such as a recommendation, transcript, test scores, or School Profile) or submitting the recommendation form or School Report, you can first try using a different web browser (e.g., Firefox or Chrome instead of Internet Explorer). The issue may also be that the school computer or network has disabled javascript or pop-ups, which could prevent materials from uploading and the form from being submitted or saved. The best solution is to try a computer at a different location, such as at home. If you continue to experience problems, please contact us directly at educators@questbridge.org as soon as possible so we may assist.
Due to a high volume of applications, we may not be able to resolve all issues in the final days leading up to the deadline, so we encourage you to troubleshoot any problems earlier if possible. Please note that for transcripts, test score reports, and the School Profile, students can also upload these items themselves through their applications. We do not require official transcripts or test score reports.
Students should still submit the application even if recommendations or the School Report still need to be completed. They do not need to wait for your recommendation or School Report to be submitted before submitting the application.
