First, make sure that you entered your recommender's email address correctly in your application. To view the information you entered, click on your recommender's name on the Recommendations page of your application.
If the email address is incorrect, please follow the directions in this article: How can I change my recommender's or counselor's email address? You will be able to send a new link to the correct email address. Educators should receive this link in their inbox within 30 minutes of resending.
If the email address you entered is correct, ask your recommender to try checking their junk or spam mail folder. If your recommender is still unable to find the notification email, please have them contact us directly at educators@questbridge.org, and we will reply with the link to your recommendation form.
In their email to us, your recommender should include your full name and QuestBridge ID number so that we can locate your application.
Please note: The email must be sent by your recommender from the email address you entered in your application. We cannot provide applicants with links to their recommendation forms.
