Can I apply for the College Prep Scholars Program if I am not a U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident?

The QuestBridge College Prep Scholars Program is open to all:

• U.S. Citizens and Permanent Residents
• Students, regardless of citizenship, currently attending a high school in the United States

Please note that international students living outside the U.S. are not eligible to apply for the College Prep Scholars Program.
