Where do I enter my non-custodial parent’s financial information?

You will enter this information on the Non-Custodial Parent Income and Assets page, which will only appear if you don't live with both of your parents in your primary household, but you have contact with each parent. To access this page, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your application and navigate to the Household page.
2. In the section "Part 1: Defining your Household(s)," make sure you have only listed the parent(s)/guardian(s) that you currently live with under Primary Household.
3. If you indicate that you do not live with both Parent 1 and Parent 2, another question will appear asking you to indicate who is in the Non-Custodial Household.
4. Under the section "Part 3: Detailing your Parent(s)/Guardian(s)," indicate that you have contact with both of your parents.
5. Once you have followed these steps, you will be able to access the Non-Custodial Parent Income and Assets page.
