We suggest filling this section out with your parent or guardian and ask that you provide us with detailed information about your household income. The best place to view what figures you should enter and where to find them is in our Income & Assets Guide. You'll find detailed descriptions of where to look on the tax forms as they correspond to the questions on the income sections of the application.
If your parent(s)/legal guardian(s) do not have tax returns, please use W-2 forms, bank statements, or other records of income (investment reports, etc.) to estimate the household income and answer the questions to the best of your ability.
Please note: You do not need to submit financial documents to QuestBridge. All financial information is self-reported in the application.
