If your recommender or counselor continues to experience problems, please ask them to contact us directly as soon as possible so that we may assist. They should send an email to email@example.com so we can help troubleshoot.
You can also direct them to our QuestTips video for recommenders, which reviews FAQs and best practices for accessing and submitting recommendation forms.
Due to a high volume of applications, we may not be able to resolve all issues in the final days leading up to the deadline, so we encourage recommenders to troubleshoot any problems earlier if possible.
Remember, you should still submit your application even if your recommender or counselor is having problems submitting the recommendation. You do not need to wait for your recommendation to be submitted before submitting your application.
