The information on the Household Confirmation page is based on details that you entered on the Household page about your parents/guardians, siblings, and additional household members (if applicable). You will need to fill out the Household page first before you can complete this page of the application.
If you see an error on the Review and Submit page of your application indicating that you are missing one or more required fields on the Household Confirmation page, here are a few things you can check:
- Confirm that you have filled out the Household page. The Household Confirmation page will appear mostly blank with instructions to fill out the Household page first if you have not. Once you have filled out the Household page, a review of the information entered will appear on this page, as well as additional prompts that you will need to complete.
- Confirm that you have answered the prompt "How long have you lived in your primary household?".
- If you selected "3 years" or fewer on the above prompt, ensure that you filled out the text box that appears to give additional context.
- Make sure that you have checked off the box at the bottom of the page confirming that all of the listed information is correct and accurately reflects the information input on your Household page.
If any details on your Household Confirmation page are incorrect, return to the Household page to make changes. Once everything is correct, confirm the accuracy using the checkbox at the bottom of the page.
